Meet the Founder

I founded Method of 4 after realizing that the work I had been doing —helping organizations build, grow, and find their voice—was what fulfilled me most. The idea first took shape in 2022 on a flight home as I reflected on how often friends, family, and colleagues leaned on me to bring structure and clarity to their start-ups and non-profits. In my professional roles, I partnered closely with leadership on strategy, frameworks, and processes, and the question I kept hearing, Why not start your own business?, stayed with me longer than I expected. The truth is, I was scared to put myself out there. I understood the weight of ownership.

My emotional intelligence has always been central to how I work. I understand the pressure of being “the first” in an environment, and I recognize when teams need reassurance, clarity, or a different way of communicating. That awareness is often what allows me to help leaders move forward with confidence.

With 12 years of experience across global organizations, life sciences, and advocacy, I have led strategic initiatives in brand launches, social impact, communications, and organizational transitions during critical growth periods, including mergers and acquisitions. My strength lies in aligning complex messaging across teams, strengthening processes, and guiding organizations through change with clarity and purpose.

I started Method of 4 because too many purpose-driven organizations lack access to the strategic support that would help them grow. This agency exists to change that by meeting leaders where they are, helping define where they want to go, and building strategies that evolve with them.
